What Is Raclette?

Raclette is the name of both the dish and the cheese, traditionally served with new potatoes, cornichons, pickled onions and cured meats.

OUR STORY

Welcome to Anglais Catering, we are a converted ski gondola serving non traditional raclette in Essex.

After working ski seasons in the French Alps, we wanted to find a way to bring a piece of the Alps to Essex.

Our chef Ed has worked in kitchens since he was 14 and became a chef after finishing school. With his wizard-like cooking skills, he is finding ways to put a twist on the traditional raclette. Serving the cheese in a variety of non-traditional ways, while keeping it just as hearty and delicious.
